Have no enough money to buy a car? Do not worry, because that's real to get the loan to resolve all the problems. Therefore take a college loan to buy all you require.

Hi Anne - Your brother suggested I check out your story since I just got my blood test results back today and was diagnosed with severe Vitamin D deficiency. My rheumatologist has me on a 50k mega-dose 1x/wk with 1000mg/day supplementation. I'm going to try to get 10-15 min of lunchtime sun as well (and then applying the sunscreen to protect from the Colorado sun.) Thanks for sharing your links and story. Have you felt better since starting Vit D therapies?

not sure how i stumbled upon your blog, but just wanted to share from my personal experience how incredibly valuable taking 5,000 IU vitamin D / day has been for me in overcoming a bunch of issues in the past six months... and, to point you to some very compelling new research (e.g. http://www.sciencedaily.com/search/?type=news&keyword=%22vitamin+d%22&section=all&filename=&period=90&sort=relevance# (sciencedaily.com is fabulous resource...)

Hey Anne,
I got tested too, right after it was rediscovered that I have low bone density (osteopenia.) It didn't turn out that I was in Vitamin D though. It does appear, however, that I have trouble absorbing enough calcium. Is that related to low D levels as well?
